Shipping and Returns

It is a requirement that all customers check the legal status of their chosen products before placing any order with us. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Shipping Prices

  1. Shipping without tracking – no insurance: €2,50 inside EU, €15 outside EU
  2. Trackable Shipping Normal – no insurance: €7,95 (inside EU only)
  3. Trackable Shipping Fast – insurance included: €17,95 (inside EU only)
  4. Next day delivery – insurance included: €50 (inside EU only)

Shipping Schedule

Shipment takes place every business day except on public holidays in the country of dispatch. If your order is paid before 11:30 CET it will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next business day.



You should receive a tracking by e-mail directly from the carrier. Please contact us in case of no tracking in your mailbox 48 hours after the order status has changed to “Shipped”

*Not applicable to US customers due to different shipping method.
In this case, you will receive the tracking code from us by e-mail 1-2 weeks after the order status changes to “Shipped” Please contact us if there is no tracking after this time.

Average Delivery Time

  • 2-10 business days inside Europe
  • 10-15 business days outside Europe
  • The delivery time for orders sent by post without tracking may exceed 20 business days.
    We cannot change the recipient’s address after the order has been shipped.

We ship all orders using discreet packaging. Every order is either heat sealed or vacuum packed.

Returns & Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, simply notify us so we can arrange an exchange it or offer store credit.

Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all sales are FINAL.

Guaranteed Delivery

If by any chance, your tracked order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, you’ll qualify for a free reship. All reships are sent by standard mail with no tracking.. However, if the product has been confiscated by customs, due to you not checking the legalities correctly, you will not qualify for any reimbursement.

Please note that we DO NOT offer a reship service to several high risk countries. This is due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations, you order from these countries at your own risk.

When applying for a reship, you must show proof of the legality of the ordered products in the country of receipt.
